1️⃣ Eligibility & Registration

2️⃣ Account Verification (KYC)

1234bd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. We may request the following documents at any time:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months).

Failure to provide requested verification documents within the timeframe specified in our request may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality or temporary account restriction. Verified accounts benefit from higher withdrawal limits and expedited processing times.

• There is an active fraud investigation relating to the account.
• The withdrawal request is inconsistent with the account's deposit and play history.

4️⃣ Betting Rules & Sportsbook Conditions

All bets placed on the 1234bd sportsbook are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are accepted only while the relevant market is open. 1234bd reserves the right to suspend or close any market at any time without prior notice.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet reference number issued, the bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the member.

Cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and bilateral series featuring Bangladesh — are governed by the same general rules as all other sports markets. Where a specific cricket competition has its own supplementary rules, those rules are published in the relevant competition section of the sportsbook.

5️⃣ Casino & Game Rules

8️⃣ Account Suspension & Termination

1234bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
• Collusion, match-fixing, or use of prohibited software tools.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a financial institution.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.

Where an account is closed due to a member's own breach of these Terms, 1234bd reserves the right to withhold any remaining bonus balance. Verified real-money balances (excluding bonus funds) held at the time of closure will be returned to the member's registered payment method after any applicable investigations have concluded.

9️⃣ Intellectual Property

All content on the 1234bd platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of 1234bd or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, transmit, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any 1234bd content without express prior written consent. Unauthorised use of 1234bd intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

🔟 Limitation of Liability

📧 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which 1234bd operates. In the event of a dispute between you and 1234bd, we encourage you to contact our support team at [email protected] in the first instance. We will endeavour to resolve all complaints fairly and promptly, typically within ten business days of receipt of a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, the matter may be referred to a mutually agreed independent dispute resolution body. By agreeing to these Terms, you agree to attempt good-faith resolution before initiating any formal legal proceedings.
